Production Team Member - Bag Plant

FULL-TIME

$21.78/hr, plus $1500 new hire bonus, see details below

Follow print requisitions to stack bundles on pallets
Use vacuum lift to move the heavier bales from the conveyor to the pallets
Wrap bundles using Kraft paper, tape, and strapping machines
Occasional use of manual pallet jack
Sorting and lifting pallets
Baling up to 5 machine lines per shift
General housekeeping duties
Other duties as assigned

Schedule

Shift start: 7:00AM or 3:00PM or 11:00PM
Shift length: 8 - 12 hours
Must be open and available to work any shift.

$1500 new hire incentive

The bonus will be paid out in 3 payments over a year. $500 after 30 days, $500 after 6 months, and $500 at 1 year.
