About the Job

Agile Practices


* Drive Sprint Cycles, including commitments, deliverables and deadlines
    
* Take responsibility for the sprint plan, tracking progress and driving delivery to schedule
    
* Drive Sprint meetings, including planning meetings, retrospectives, demos, daily scrums
    
* Manage team velocity, driving consistency through estimating, planning, dev/​test
throughput, and guarding against sprint scope change

Release Management:

* Manage release plans, coordinating schedules and
content with DEV, QA, OPS, and Product Ownder
    
* Drive change management processes

Project Coordination:

* Work with enterprise project managers to integrate schedules and deliverables in larger projects
using differing methodologies and processes
    
* Work with marketing project managers to coordinate schedules and deliverables with non-technical
deliverables

Communication:

* Keep team informed of sprint progress and
timeline, using burn down charts, task boards, etc.​
    
* Drive collaboration between Team and Product Owner

* Provide development status to the organization

* Create/​Maintain process documentation

Required Skills:

* Excellent verbal and written communication skills
    
* Thorough understanding of Agile software
development methodologies

Experience Required:

    * 2+​ years Scrum Master experience
    * 5+​ years software project management
    * 5+​ years software development
    * 2+​ years people/​team management

Education:

Bachelors degree in CS or related field

Certified Scrum Master preferred
