Responsibilities:
Complete responsibility for the daily processing and
merchandising of all good. Assist Store Manager in
ensuring that customers receive exemplary customer
service. The Assistant Manager should be
knowledgeable about daily sales goals and drives
business to achieve them.
Fosters a team environment by creating a fun,
competitive, and inviting atmosphere.
Ensures Visual Standards are maintained throughout
the day.
Aids in coaching and development of team by coaching
in the moment, sharing best practices, and monitoring
Client Books and follow-up through thank you card
distribution.

Qualifications:
1-3 years retail experience, preferably in
supervisory role
