Responsibilities:
To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each primary duty to meet EMI/Customers requirements and quality standards.
Primary Duties:
•Create and assemble complex plastic tube products utilizing techniques to fuse, cut, form, bend and shape plastic (primarily PFA) tubing to meet precise design specifications.
•Use hand tools, bench top welders, and precision equipment to form PFA tubes.
•Read and interpret drawings/prints and work orders in order to carry out the design specifications for each product.
•Work in a team environment to enhance techniques and improve repeatability
•Work with area lead to prioritize workload; notify lead of shortages or problems that may affect the schedule.
Education/Qualifications:
•Demonstrated proficiency using rulers, calipers, protractor and various other measuring tools
•The ability to read and understanding blue prints, assembly drawings and instructions as well as PNIDs.
•Capability to communicate effectively with coworker, area Lead, and management.
•Must be a self-starter & self-motivated.
•Ability to multi-task and work well in a team environment
•Swing shift role: 3:30 pm to midnight with 1/2 hour lunch
