Location: Onsite in Tigard, OR

Employment Type: 3-month contract with possibility to convert to permanent

Salary: $20-$23 per hour

Schedule: Monday through Friday, 8 AM - 5 PM



Job Description:

LHH Recruitment is seeking a dedicated and customer-focused Leasing Specialist to join our client's team in Tigard, OR. This is a 3-month contract position with the potential to convert to a permanent role. The ideal candidate will have some exposure to Real Estate or Property Management, excellent communication skills, a strong attention to detail, and the ability to work independently.



Responsibilities:

  • Assist prospective tenants in a friendly and professional manner.
  • Conduct property tours and highlight the features and benefits of the community.
  • Process rental applications and lease agreements.
  • Maintain accurate records of tenant interactions and transactions.
  • Address tenant inquiries and resolve issues promptly.
  • Assist with marketing and promotional activities to attract new tenants.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.


Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or certifications in real estate or property management is a plus.
  • Previous experience in leasing, property management, or a related field is preferred.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Must have a valid driver's license and be willing to travel as needed.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and property management software
