Rose Villa is seeking a full-time Events Coordinator to join our team!

  • Manage meeting room reservations
  • Manage event requests submitted by Residents, Team Members, and outside partners
  • Work with clients to design their perfect event
  • Oversee events and work closely with other departments to ensure events run smoothly and as planned
  • Create and distribute communications about campus events and activities
  • Oversee and update resident information platform

Who we need:

While the Event Coordinator gets into the nitty gritty details of events and communication around events, it's also crucial for this position to build positive relationships and maintain good rapport with Rose Villa Residents, Team Members, vendors, and guests. The right candidate will use good judgement and creative problem solving to address all requests.

Schedule:

The Events Coordinator position works primarily Monday-Friday but will need to be able to flex their schedule to for weekend, evening, and Holiday events.

Wage and benefits:
  • Starting wage is $23.00 to $25.00 per hour, depending on experience.
  • This is a full-time non-exempt position.

Education and experience requirements:
  • At least three years of prior experience demonstrating strong written and oral communication skills
  • At least two years of prior administrative support or management experience
  • At least one year of event planning or management experience
  • Must be able to pass a pre-employment background check
  • Associate's degree is preferred
