About the Role:We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Inventory Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will manage daily inventory operations, ensuring accuracy, organization, and a commitment to customer service. If you have experience in distribution, warehousing, or supply chain and thrive in a fast-paced environment, we'd love to hear from you.Key Responsibilities:Perform and accurately record daily cycle counts.Provide friendly and efficient customer service to production personnel.Pull daily work orders following approved ESD and cleanliness guidelines.Move and transact inventory materials per established processes.Process Quality Control documents for the warehouse.Assist with shipping, receiving, and work order management as needed.Qualifications:Education:High school diploma or equivalent required.Experience:Minimum of 1 year of experience in distribution, warehousing, supply chain, or a related field.Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Outlook, and general internet usage.Familiarity with inventory systems or ERP software is a plus.Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:Ability to work in a cleanroom environment for the entirety of your shift.Strong organizational skills and multitasking abilities.Attention to detail with a focus on accurate documentation.Solid understanding of warehouse operations and procedures.Strong communication skills to interact effectively with internal teams via phone, email, and in-person.Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.Physical Requirements:Ability to lift up to 25 pounds frequently and up to 50 pounds occasionally using proper lifting techniques.Work Environment:This position requires working in a cleanroom environment for the duration of the shift.If you're ready to bring your skills to a dynamic team and help streamline our inventory processes, apply today!Pay Details: $23.00 per hourBenefit offerings available for our associates include medical, dental, vision, life insurance, short-term disability, additional voluntary benefits, EAP program, commuter benefits and a 401K plan.
