Job Title: Production OperatorSwing Shift$19.82/hrJob DescriptionWe are seeking a dedicated Set-Up Technician to join our team. The role involves conducting tooling set-ups, including tool installation, machine preparation, and barrel cleaning to support the injection molding process. You will also distribute material for molding operations and assist in troubleshooting and resolving production problems while monitoring product quality and process productivity. This position operates on a swing shift schedule, with training from Monday to Friday, 3:00 pm to 11:30 pm. The floor is stacked with molding machines, creating a fairly crowded environment. There is a high focus on safety.
