Camping World is seeking a Parts Associate for our growing team.The Parts Associate works directly with the customers to determine specialized product needs and services and provides price estimates for designated installations prior to scheduling appointments. The Parts Associate is a member of the sales team and works collaboratively with the service team to ensure a high level of customer service satisfaction.What You'll Do:Daily interaction with customers to promote specialized product needs and installationsReview each job for proper sizing, colors, placement, and prior to scheduling job for installationMaintain and update prepayment logs and keep customers apprised of work progressSchedule installation appointments with designated service staff membersMonitor daily parts traffic and receive parts for installationsInspect vehicle to ensure proper parts are orderedProvide excellent overall customer serviceMaintain a safe and clean work area for customers and coworkersMay cross train to perform other duties as necessaryWhat You'll Need to Have for the Role:High School diploma or GED equivalent preferredAt least one year of sales experience is preferredAt least one year of previous RV or camping product is preferred but not requiredAbility to work daily on a computer and perform internet searches as neededExcellent organization and follow up skills are requiredKnowledge of Service Department procedures and policies is preferredA valid driver's license may be requiredMay lift up to 25 lbs and/or move up to 50 lbs. with assistive devicesPeriods of standing, stooping, crawling, and bendingPay Range:$16.28-$20.02 HourlyIn addition to competitive pay, we offer Paid Time Off, 401(k), an Employee Assistance Program, Good Sam Roadside Assistance, discounts, paid parental leave (if eligibility is met), Tuition Reimbursement (if eligibility is met), and on the job training opportunities.
