Volt is immediately hiring for a Forklift Certified Shipping/Receiving Worker in Tualatin, OR.

As a Forklift Certified Shipping/Receiving Worker you will:
Stock received goods in the warehouse
Replenish Lean Assembly Line KanBan Bins and Carts
Recycle AccuSine manufacturing, warehouse and receiving/shipping
Cycle Counts
Scrap of obsolete material
Maintain part, pallet and beam labeling
Maintain clean and organized work areas in a 5S environment
Safely execute all duties related to shipping processes
Perform picking, product verification, packaging, and shipping of domestic and international shipments
Utilize contracted shipping lanes or request spot quotes when required
Enter tracking information into the system and trace shipments as necessary
Coordinate with Freight Forwarders and common carriers to schedule pickups and follow up as needed
Collaborate effectively with the shipping team, manufacturing, quality, management, and sales departments
This is a full time opportunity.
The ideal candidate will have:
Valid certification/licensing as a forklift operator
Prior experience in a shipping or warehouse environment
Strong attention to detail and accuracy in handling shipments
Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate with various teams
Ability to work with a sense of urgency while maintaining safety protocols
Flexibility to handle additional tasks within the shipping team
Pay Rate: $22.00 per hour
Shift: M-F 12:00 pm-8:30 pm
