This position is the first impression of The Salvation Army for staff, guests, and clients and therefore, requires a positive, calm, welcoming demeanor and cooperative attitude demonstrating excellent people skills at all times. The employee will greet and record all guests entering in and calling the facility with professionalism and courtesy. All employees must work within the policies and procedures of, The Salvation Army, The Veterans Administration, and The Salvation Army Veterans and Family Center as well as extreme confidentiality (regulated by Hi. PPA compliance). Excellent written and verbal communication in a professional manner is a must in all interpersonal relations.
