Location: Portland OR 97236 Duration: 9/8/2025 - 2/28/2026 Shift/Time Zone: Monday through Friday 9:30am-6:30pm with Rotational Saturdays 7:00am-12:00pm

Job Description: The Patient Services Representative I (PSR I) represents the face of the company to patients who come in, both as part of their health routine or for insights into life-defining health decisions. The PSR I duties are primarily concerned with the first-point-of-contact interactions with the patients and establishing a rapport with patients to effectively incorporate them into the clinics system. The PSR I greets patients, expedites their routing through the clinical components of the practice and coordinates their care on the front-end. The PSR I identifies the unmet needs of the patients with a focus on the greater good of the overall health of the patient as represented by the patients physician.
