This is a high-impact role ideal for a results‑driven professional with deep experience in asset and property management, compliance, and client relations within the affordable housing sector.
As the Senior Affordable Portfolio Manager, you will assume full accountability for the performance and operational excellence of a diverse portfolio that includes U.S. Dept of Housing and Urban Development (HUD) and Low‑Income Housing Tax Credit (LIHTC) communities. Your leadership will be instrumental in driving profitability, optimizing occupancy, ensuring regulatory compliance, and delivering exceptional resident experiences. You will serve as the primary liaison for ownership groups, offering strategic insights, performance reporting, and partnership management.
