What you will receive as a Production Operator:

  • Starting Pay: $18.00/hr.
  • Day Shift: Monday - Friday, 7:00 am 3:30 pm
  • Medical, Dental, and Vision Available
  • Temp/Contract-to-Hire
  • Located in Newberg, Oregon
  • Paid weekly (every Friday)

What you will be doing as a Production Operator:

  • Run manufacturing processes - small desktop machines making plastic parts for medical devices
  • Conduct and document in-process inspection
  • Complete training records
  • Assist in the documentation of new products
  • Packaging and labeling & associated tasks
  • As typical in a small, entrepreneurial environment, team members will be required to "pitch in" as needed for general operating tasks including (but not limited to) - breaking down boxes, sweeping up work area, etc.
  • Contribute to maintaining an efficient and safe workspace.
  • Collaborate with team members to meet productivity and quality goals.
  • Other duties as assigned.

What you need to have as a Production Operator:

  • Must be able to use basic inspection tools (willing to be trained)
  • Ability to work under a microscope for extended periods
  • Ideally need someone who has experience with UV gluing
  • Ability to read and write in English effectively
  • Strong manual dexterity for precise handling and assembly tasks
  • Strong hand-eye coordination for accurate and detailed work
  • No minimum lifting requirements
  • Capable of performing repetitive tasks with accuracy and consistency
  • Basic understanding of workplace professionalism, including appropriate interpersonal and communication skills
  • Willingness to adhere to standard protocols for medical device manufacturing, including compliance with dress code and personal grooming requirements
