Job Description
We are seeking motivated construction professionals to support the planning and execution of large-scale commercial construction projects. You will work closely with project managers, field teams, and clients to ensure successful project delivery from preconstruction through closeout.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in planning, coordination, and execution of large commercial construction projects
• Support project managers in tracking schedules, budgets, and resource allocation
• Oversee procurement and ensure timely delivery of materials per project specifications
• Conduct job site visits to monitor progress, address issues, and enforce safety protocols
• Collaborate with architects, engineers, subcontractors, and clients to meet project goals
• Prepare and maintain documentation including RFIs, change orders, meeting notes, and reports
• Utilize project management tools (e.g., Procore) to manage deliverables and monitor progress
• Communicate effectively with stakeholders to ensure alignment throughout the project lifecycle

• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or related field
• 3-5 years of experience in construction project engineering or management (commercial project experience preferred)
• Proficient in construction software such as Procore, Autodesk, and Microsoft Project
• Solid understanding of construction processes, building codes, and safety regulations
• Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced, collaborative environment
• Valid driver's license and ability to travel to project sites as needed
