To prosper as a Dental Assistant, you should have:

• At least 2+ years of continuous s experience
• Dental Assistant Certification or Associate's degree in Dental Assisting program
• Stellar verbal and written communication skills
• EFDA certified or willing to take the test

More about your role as a Dental Assistant:

• Prepare patients for dental work
• Sterilize and disinfect instruments, setting up trays
• including fillings, cleanings, root canals, extractions, crown and bridge work, dental implants, etc.
• Collect and record medical and dental history
• Current Oregon certificate for Dental Radiology
