$150,000.00/yr - $200,000.00/yr

BG Power Advisors is partnering with a leading engineering firm to hire an experienced Project Manager to oversee multimillion-dollar Transmission & Distribution (T&D) projects across the Northwest. This role offers the opportunity to lead critical infrastructure initiatives that strengthen the power grid and advance renewable energy integration.

We're looking for someone with a blend of technical depth, leadership, and client-facing experience — someone who thrives managing complex projects from design through construction support.

• Lead the full project lifecycle: planning, engineering, procurement, construction support, and closeout.
• Serve as the primary client interface, ensuring alignment with scope, schedule, and budget.
• Direct and mentor multidisciplinary teams of engineers, designers, and subcontractors.
• Develop and manage project schedules, budgets, forecasts, and reports.
• Maintain strict safety, quality, and compliance standards.
• Oversee risk management, issue resolution, and change control processes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical, Mechanical, or Structural Engineering (or Construction Management).
• 10–20 years of experience managing Transmission & Distribution (T&D) projects.
• Proven track record delivering multimillion-dollar utility projects.
• Experience with regional utilities (e.g., PGE, BPA, PacifiCorp, PSE, SCL) highly preferred.
• Prior engineering consulting experience strongly desired.
• Proficiency with MS Project, Primavera P6, or similar tools.
• Strong communication, leadership, and organizational skills.
• Lead high-impact projects that modernize the electric grid.
• Collaborate with industry leaders on cutting-edge infrastructure work.
