Walmart is looking for a dedicated Janitorial Associate to ensure customers experience a welcoming environment from the parking lot to the receiving area. The role involves maintaining a clean and safe store, performing routine cleaning tasks, and assisting with special projects as needed.

Base pay range

Hourly Wage: $17.00 - $30.00 per hour. The actual hourly rate will equal or exceed the required minimum wage applicable to the job location.

Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance incentives and possible premium pay ranging from $0.35 to $3.00 per hour based on schedule, facility, season, or specific work performed. Multiple premiums may apply if applicable criteria are met.
