Job Summary:
We are currently seeking a dependable and hardworking Warehouse Worker to join our team in Tigard, OR. This position is responsible for a variety of warehouse duties including shipping, receiving, inventory handling, and general organization of materials. The ideal candidate is punctual, detail-oriented, and has reliable transportation to and from the job site.

Key Responsibilities:

• Receive, unload, and store incoming shipments accurately and safely.
• Pick, pack, and prepare orders for delivery or pickup.
• Maintain clean and organized warehouse space, including sweeping and general upkeep.
• Perform regular inventory counts and report discrepancies.
• Operate pallet jacks and other basic warehouse equipment (forklift certification a plus).
• Follow safety procedures and company policies at all times.
• Assist with loading/unloading trucks and verifying shipment contents.
• Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors to ensure workflow efficiency.

• Previous warehouse or general labor experience preferred but not required.
• Reliable transportation to and from the Tigard location.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and perform physical tasks throughout the shift.
• Basic math and reading skills for order accuracy and documentation.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions.
• Dependable, punctual, and a team player.

• Forklift experience or certification.
• Experience using inventory or warehouse management systems.
• Bilingual (English/Spanish) a plus.
