We are currently hiring an Assembly Associate for our client located in Tualatin, OR. The individual in this position will work in a production environment for a line of cooking appliances while maintaining the brand's high-quality standards. What You'll Receive as Assembly Associate:

• Pay: $18.00/ hr
• DAY Shift: Monday - Friday (6:00am to 2:30pm)
• Location: Tualatin, OR
• Contract to Hire
• Medical, Dental, Vision Available
• Paid weekly (every Friday)

What You'll Be Doing as Assembly Associate:

• Perform routine and simple assembly tasks including sub-assemblies, final production, product testing and packaging
• Follow verbalized instructions from other team members
• Utilizes hand and power tools in a fast-paced production environment
• Problem-solving individually or as part of a group as job duties require
• Will be required to rotate throughout the assembly lines or into other positions within the team to meet production requirements for gas/electric/commercial/residential products

What You'll Need to Have as Assembly Associate:

• 1-2 years previous warehouse experience preferred
• Previous experience in assembly is a plus
• High school diploma and equivalent
• Must possess good manual dexterity and hand-eye coordination
• Dependable and reliable
• Possess good communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to lift up to 20 pounds frequently, and occasionally up to 60 pounds without assistance during an 8-10-hour shift
• Motivated to continuously improve and learn new skills
