Cleanroom Operator - Semiconductor Component Cleaning

About the Company

Join a leading Vancouver-based specialty manufacturer serving the semiconductor and wafer fabrication equipment industries. We provide mission-critical cleaning and surface treatment services using proprietary processes, including deposition removal, decontamination, electropolishing, passivation, and ultra-high purity cleaning for precision components.

The Opportunity

We're seeking a detail-oriented Cleanroom Operator ready to build a long-term career with our growing team. This temp-to-hire position offers hands-on training in specialized semiconductor cleaning processes with opportunity for pay increases upon direct hire.

Schedule & Compensation

• Shift: We have day and swing shifts available!
  - Day shift: Monday-Friday, 6am-2:30pm
  
  - Swing shift: Monday-Friday, 2pm-10:30pm
• Pay: $22/hour

What You'll Do

• Process metal components through specialized cleaning operations
• Read, interpret, and accurately complete work orders
• Handle precision parts in a controlled cleanroom environment
• Operate cleaning equipment including advanced ultrasonic systems
• Maintain cleanroom protocols and quality standards
• Lift and move materials up to 30 lbs throughout your shift

Required Qualifications

• Cleanroom experience (semiconductor, medical device, or pharmaceutical preferred)
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced production environment
• Strong attention to detail and quality focus
• Reliable attendance and positive team attitude
• Steel-toed boots required (must provide your own)
• Comfortable working with chemical cleaning agents (acetone odor present)
• Physical ability to stand, lift, and handle materials throughout shift
