Mailroom Clerk
Playa Vista, CA(Onsite)
12+ Month(Temp to Perm)
08 AM TO 05 PM (Mon to Fri)

Job Responsibilities

• Receive, sort, and process packages, mail, and deliveries.
• Maintain accurate tracking and documentation of incoming and outgoing packages.
• Provide excellent customer service when assisting internal customers.
• Organize and maintain mailroom/workroom areas to ensure efficiency.
• Operate office equipment such as copiers, scanners, postage machines, and other related devices.
• Assist with general office tasks as needed based on daily workflow.
• Lift, move, or transport packages up to 50 lbs and safely request assistance for heavier items.
• Walk between buildings when required to deliver or pick up materials.
• Follow all workplace safety practices and site requirements.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 1-2 years of relevant experience (mailroom, shipping/receiving, office services, or similar).
• Previous experience with copy/print equipment preferred.
• Valid driver's license may be required depending on site needs.
• Good PC skills and ability to learn new systems quickly.

• Self-starter with the ability to work independently.
• Good organizational and time-management skills.
• Basic math, filing, and documentation skills.
• Ability to operate office equipment and technical tools.

Working Conditions & Physical Requirements

• Office environment with standard lighting, temperature, and noise levels.
• Frequent standing, walking, bending, reaching, and stretching.
• Must be able to lift up to 50-55 lbs; occasional pushing/pulling of equipment up to 700 lbs (with assistance).
• Requires regular use of hand tools, keyboarding, and basic equipment operation.
