Candidates should have hands‑on experience managing equipment removal activities while maintaining strict adherence to safety protocols and operational standards. Experience in board assembly manufacturing is preferred.Responsibilities Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to develop, implement, and optimize technical solutions tailored to business needs.Analyze technical data, identify patterns, and provide actionable insights to improve processes and system performance.Perform thorough testing, troubleshooting, and validation of technologies, ensuring reliability and quality standards are met.Stay updated on industry advancements, best practices, and emerging technologies to recommend innovative approaches to Intel's operational challenges.Execute technical tasks with precision and efficiency, contributing to project milestones and deliverables.Qualifications Minimum qualifications:High School / Equivalent Diploma and 10+ years of applicable experience in the required skills section, OR a Bachelor's with 5+ years of applicable experience.Working in board factories.Technical expertise in relevant software, tools, or platforms required for the role.Strong capability in testing and validating technologies and systems.Preferred qualifications (additional to minimum):Previous experience managing tool de‑install and equipment removal projects in a manufacturing environment.Strong knowledge of safety procedures, LOTO (Lockout/Tagout), and safe equipment handling practices.Experience working in board assembly or electronics manufacturing factories.Ability to coordinate with multiple teams, vendors, and stakeholders to ensure smooth execution.Strong problem‑solving and communication skills.Ability to work in a dynamic environment with changing priorities.Basic understanding of manufacturing processes, factory operations, and equipment logistics.Proven track record of executing projects safely, on time, and with high quality standards.Location & Work Model Primary location: US, Oregon, Hillsboro (United States).
