Position Summary The Department of Communication at Oregon Tech seeks applicants to be considered for part‑time course assignments in communication, writing, and speech, including general education classes and specialized classes for majors. Instructors are needed at the Klamath Falls and Portland Metro campuses. Online availability is also a plus.Candidates should be prepared to teach ten‑week classes on one or more of the following:COM 111Z – Public SpeakingSPE 321 – Small Group and Team CommunicationWRI 121Z – Composition IWRI 122Z – Composition IIWRI 227Z – Technical WritingWRI 327 – Advanced Technical WritingWRI 345 – Science WritingThe department will review applications in this pool as the need arises for new part‑time faculty in these areas.
