Financial Reporting Consultant Portland, OR | Onsite/Hybrid | 4-Month Contract $40-$50/hour DOE CV Resources is partnering with a growing, private equity-backed organization to identify an experienced Financial Reporting Consultant for an immediate contract engagement. This role will play a critical part in consolidating financial information across multiple operating companies and ERP systems while supporting executive-level financial reporting and analysis. The ideal candidate will bring strong financial reporting expertise, advanced Excel skills, and experience working in complex, multi-entity environments. Position Details Title: Financial Reporting Consultant Type: Contract Duration: Approximately 4 Months Compensation: $45-$50/hour DOE Location: Portland, OR Start Date: ASAP Key Responsibilities Prepare consolidated financial reporting packages across multiple entities Consolidate financial information from various ERP systems into a centralized reporting structure Maintain, update, and improve an existing master Excel reporting workbook Analyze financial results and investigate variances Ensure accuracy, consistency, and completeness of financial reporting data Support executive leadership with reporting deliverables and ad hoc financial analysis Assist with process improvement initiatives related to reporting and data management Collaborate with accounting and finance teams across multiple business units Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field 5 years of accounting, financial reporting, or FP&A experience Strong multi-entity consolidation experience Experience working with multiple ERP systems Advanced Excel skills, including complex formulas, pivot tables, lookups, and financial modeling Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills Ability to work independently and manage competing priorities Preferred Experience Financial reporting in a multi-company environment Consolidation and management reporting Experience supporting executive leadership teams Background within private equity-backed or fast-paced organizations Ideal Candidate This opportunity is best suited for a hands-on accounting or finance professional who enjoys consolidations, financial reporting, and working with large volumes of data.
