Production Team Member – TigardFire Dept. Cannabis is a fast‑growing Portland‑based cannabis product line and production company that distributes to 250+ dispensaries across the State of Oregon. We produce a vast array of products, including edibles (cookies, rice crispy treats, gummies), kief, extracts, and a full line of pre‑rolls (infused, single units, multipacks, hemp‑wrapped blunts) with new products coming out regularly.We are seeking a production team member to assist with the manufacturing, packaging, and labeling of all Fire Dept. and Feel Goods cannabis products.Work HoursM‑F 6:00 AM – 2:30 PM or 7:00 AM – 3:30 PMResponsibilities and DutiesThe following duties are normal for this position. These are not to be construed as exclusive or all‑inclusive. Other duties may be required and assigned.Adhering to all standard operating procedures (SOPs)Twisting tips on pre‑rollsSorting pre‑rolls and conducting quality controlRunning kief, pressing rosin, and filling cartridgesMixing infused material and making infused pre‑rollsGramming kief and extractsCompleting production logs to track products and quotasPackaging and labeling individual cannabis products and packaging them into point‑of‑sales boxesAssisting kitchen team with labeling and packaging as neededAdapting to changes in processes or protocols, and following instructions from leads and supervisorsRecording the commencement or completion of certain tasks, as specified by Fire Department's Standard Operating Procedures and state lawOther duties as assigned and neededQualifications and SkillsMust be 21 of age or over (OLCC regulation)High school diploma or GEDMust possess an OLCC Marijuana Worker PermitAttention to detail and organization skillsThe ability to lift up to 25 lbsThe ability to speak, read and write English proficientlyThe ability to understand and comply with sanitation and safety regulationsThe ability to work quickly and accuratelyThe ability to work independently in a room with othersThe ability to adapt to changing circumstances without noticeBenefits and Compensation$17.00/hrEmployees have access to ZayZoon as a benefit for early wage accessEmployer-sponsored benefits (medical, dental and vision)Optional Roth IRA retirement plan (employee contributions only)Employee Discount (40% off Fire Dept Cannabis and Feel Goods products, 28% off all other products)Paid time off (up to 40 hours 1st year and up to 80 hours 2nd year)Free parkingWe're an equal opportunity employer.
