Job DescriptionWe're looking for a Qualified Mental Health Associate (QMHA) to join a growing behavioral health team supporting patients in the Portland metro area. If you're passionate about mental health, enjoy hands‑on patient interaction, and thrive in a collaborative environment, this is a great opportunity to make a real impact.What You'll Do Provide direct support to patients with mental health needsConduct observations and document patient progressAssist with daily activities and therapeutic programmingFacilitate group sessions and educational workshopsSupport crisis intervention and de‑escalation when neededCollaborate with clinical teams on care plansMaintain accurate records and ensure compliance with care standardsCompensation: $30‑35/hr.
