Job Description

This is a business to business (B2B) sales role, requiring you to connect with business owners and C-level executives via outbound calls. In demonstrating both empathy and business acumen, you will educate potential clients on service features, the benefits to their business and the product packages that best apply. You will qualify these leads and continue to manage the relationships post-close.

Job Requirements

  • Phone sales experience
  • Pure closing skills
  • Background working within an on-target earnings (OTE) system that is majority commission
  • Experience with intangible sales, like research and conference attendance

And of course:

  • Strong communication skills,
  • A self-starter mentality,
  • Great work ethic and,
  • A positive attitude!

Inside Sales Agent Compensation

Securus Contact Systems’ 5-year Professional Growth Plan (required monthly quota of 12-15 clients):

  • Year One: $84,000 - $94,000 annually; this includes a compensation package of salary with bonuses/residuals ($8,000 - $11,000 residual building after year one)
  • Year Three: $100,000 - $116,000 annually; this includes a compensation package of salary with bonuses/residuals ($16,000 - $22,000 residual)
  • Year Five: $127,000 - $147,000 annually; this includes a compensation package of salary with bonuses/residuals ($24,000 - $60,000 residual)

Base

  • $40,000 annual salary
  • Paid bi-weekly.

Commissions

  • $250.00 for every deal signed
  • Paid weekly!

Residual Bonus

  • $5 monthly residual on every account sold, for as long as the account stays with Securus
  • Paid after first month of full billing, by the second Friday of each month for as long as the Sales Agent remains employed by Securus

Hours: Monday - Friday 7:00 AM - 4:00 PM. (You will never work a weekend!)
