Administrative Coordinator Summary
Medallion Forest Products, a wholesale import company located in Beaverton, OR is hiring for an Administrative Coordinator. This is a full-time opportunity for a candidate with excellent accounting, logistics, and reporting background.
Administrative Coordinator Responsibilities:
Entering orders, scheduling release of inventory, invoicing
Coordination of import, shipping and receiving operations.
Preparing shipping documents
Tracking and processing product availability information
Preparing reports as necessary
Interact with off-site accounting team to troubleshoot AR or inventory issues
General office duties including, but not limited to, filing, email correspondence and other miscellaneous tasks
Administrative Coordinator Qualifications:
High School Diploma/GED required
At least one year of bookkeeping experience
Office experience from an import/export company preferred
Computer skills in Microsoft Excel, Word, Office
Organize multiple work assignments and establish priorities
Ability to multi-task, work under pressure and meet deadlines required
Strong written and oral communication skills
Comfortable in a small office setting, regularly working independently without direct supervision
Willingness to learn proprietary software
Administrative Coordinator Pay & Benefits:
Full Time Hours – Office Hours are 7-4, with flexibility
