We are looking for light booking and general office help at our corporate office located in the John's Landing neighborhood of Portland. This position involves work that requires light bookkeeping experience as well as receptionist duties. Job longevity is a plus.
The ideal candidate will:
-Enjoy working with numbers and have 10-key experience
-Be detail oriented, reliable, enjoy multi-tasking and work as part of a team
-Have 2+ years light bookkeeping and general office experience
Additional duties of this position will include:
-Auditing/inventory management of daily books
-Answering/making phone calls when needed
-Customer Service
-Entering data into our back office systems, spreadsheets, etc
-Filing
-Copying, faxing, miscellaneous office duties
This position is full time, Monday-Friday, 8:30-5:00 PM. If this looks like something you may be interested in, please submit your resume along with desired rate of pay. Pay based on experience.
