It's about each person bringing skills and passion to a challenging and constantly changing world.About the roleThis position is responsible for effective handling of requests and inquiries from customers and sales force pertaining to customer orders, claims, stock availability, shipping specifications, and product information to ensure customer satisfaction.ResponsibilitiesResponsible for the handling of customer orders, returns, requests, suggestions, complaints and credit support processingProcesses invoices, enters orders and confirms orders via fax, email or phoneResponsible for ensuring accurate daily shipment processing, product scheduling and shipment ConfirmationsResponsible for investigating and responding to customer requests concerning stock availability, order expediting, pricing, special items, as well as preferred carriers, special packaging and shipping criteriaEstablishes and maintains cordial customer relations through telephone contactInteracts with various departments such as Supply Chain Planning, Quality Assurance, Distribution, Marketing, Logistics, etc., to ensure customer requirements are metIssues, monitors and researches service level reports (i.e. turn-around time and fill rates)Maintains pricing agreements for the designated business unitQualificationsMust have good written communication skillsMust be computer literateMust have strong organizational skillsMust have the ability to handle large volume of inbound callsMust have the ability to maintain cordial customer relationsEducation & ExperienceHigh School Diploma required, college degree preferredCustomer Service experience preferredTravel5-10%What We OfferComprehensive benefits include:Medical, dental, and vision insurance programs401K plans with employer-matching contributionsTuition reimbursementPTOPaid holidaysVolunteer time offFor more information about benefits, please go to: is an EEO/AA Employer.
