CorVel in Portland, OR is seeking a Customer Service Representative. The Customer Service Representative assist and support the bill review staff with administrative duties such as provider database, vendor management and copy and print projects

**ESSENTIAL JOB DUTIES:**

* Process mail, perform print jobs

* Process form letters, state forms and reports

* Assist bill review analysts with telephone calls including provider customer calls

* Requires regular and consistent attendance.

* Comply with all safety rules and regulations during work hours in conjunction with the Injury and Illness Prevention Program (IIPP).

* Additional duties as required.

**KNOWLEDGE & SKILLS:**

* Excellent written and verbal communication skills

* PC literate, including Microsoft Office intermediate Excel user

* Ability to work independently

* Ability to work in a team environment

* Strong organizational skills

**EDUCATION:** High school diploma, college degree preferred

**EXPERIENCE:** Six (6) months of provider and/or clinic experience preferred
