A client of ours in Tualatin who is a leading equipment company is looking to add an entry level Administrative Assistant to their team. This is a great opportunity to further your professional admin skills in a long-term role. #1939OS

This is an evaluation to full-time hire position.

Duties:

• Reception front desk multi-phone operation
• Perform general accounting admin assistance for accounts payable & other departments
• filing, cataloging, recording, and checking documentation, invoices, correspondence, etc.
• Operating related business machines-phones, copiers, facsimiles, printers, computers, etc.
• Provide mail service for assigned locations. Includes sorting, weighing, posting outgoing mail/packages; distributing inter-office/inter-project mail, etc.
• Order and Receive packages, office supply deliveries, etc.
• Perform additional duties as assigned.

Knowledge, Skills, Abilities (KSAs):

• HS diploma/ GED
• Prior billing experience
• Basic accounting/ data entry skills preferred
• Strong computer skills & ability to operate multiple software programs
• Sage or QuickBooks experience preferred
• Proficient with Microsoft Office

Pay: $18/hr.

Schedule: Monday- Friday, 7:30 am- 4:30 pm
