Production Associate

For more than 30 years our Client has helped architects, building designers and contractors to develop, pick colors, and apply PVDF coatings. They have the ability to match colors or custom blend giving them endless color possibilities. Considered an extrusion coater for PVDF coatings and a custom coater for powder coatings, our client is one of only a few shops in the northwest that applies both paint and powder coatings.

Summary

The Production Associate works providing assistance to a variety of job centers: Prep, Paint station, Curing Ovens and Shipping/Receiving.

Skills Necessary for Success

• Ability to show up daily as required by schedule
• Work at a tempo necessary for the production schedule
• Follow instructions from supervisors and managers.
• Ability to lift up to 50lbs without assistance

Experience Required

• No specific work experience necessary
• Demonstrable stable work history with at least 6 months at each job in the last few years.

Pay Rate: $19.00/hr

Shift: Day Shift: Mon-Fri: 8 am- 4:30 pm (other shifts may be available. Speak to your staffing consultant to check on current openings)
