Tualatin Bank is looking to add a Member Specialist to their team. This is a small branch where they pride themselves and provide excellent customer service and a wonderful working environment. The ideal candidate will provide members and future members with excellent customer service, handling in-person transactions, collecting member data correctly and entering it into the system. This person will also need to sell other banking products and services that match the member's needs. #1939OS

This is an evaluation to full-time hire position.

Duties:

• Assist members with day-to-day transactions; including deposits, withdrawals, inquiries, transfers, and payments
• Assist with member inquiries and resolve complaints
• Balance and maintain a cash drawer
• Open new memberships and accounts, either in person or by phone
• Gather and document important member data
• May be required to cover at other branches as requested
• Performs additional duties as assigned

Knowledge, Skills, Abilities (KSAs):

• 2 years of prior banking experience required
• Friendly and compassionate, able to convey empathy to members experiencing difficulties
• Strong attention to detail
• HS Diploma/ GED
• Excellent oral and written communication skills
• Strong sales and customer service skills
• Ability to troubleshoot and problem solve independently

Pay: $21-$26/ hr DOE

Schedule: Monday- Friday, 8:45am- 5:45pm
