A local Tualatin company is searching for an MIG/TIG Welder who will spend the majority of the workday fabricating custom HVAC systems for industrial settings. You will be provided with the latest equipment and have the chance to join a growing organization with significant internal employee tenure. Want to be our newest team member? This is an Evaluation-to-hire Position, and the company is growing with multiple incoming projects!

You will operate appropriate equipment to put together mechanical structures or parts with a great deal of precision. Your job is important as it provides the foundation for strong infrastructure.

Your role is critical for our client's incoming and outgoing projects. Our staff, including our welding teams, will work independently, taking the lead on safety reporting and tracking and acting as an internal resource for design recommendations.

Knowledge, Skills, Abilities:

• Two or more years in a comparable job role
• Read, interpret, and build to Blueprints
• Working knowledge with welding and operating machines involved + troubleshooting any machines
• Steel and Aluminum Welding
• Must have experience in Hard Wire & Dual Shield Welding
• Welding Certificate
• Lift to 25lbs, be on your feet consistently throughout the day
• HS Diploma or GED required.

Pay: $23.00 - 27.50/hr. DOE

Schedule: Monday-Thursday Swing Shift: 4:00 PM - 2:30 AM

Optional OT on Friday's
