Qualifications:

- Must be 18+ (21+ preferred)

- Hard-working, team-oriented, friendly, and honest, with excellent customer skills

- Available to work 12-hour shifts 2-3 days a week

- Prior experience is preferred but not necessary

Responsibilities:

- Honor and encourage others to follow the restaurant's visions and values

- Multitask quickly and thoroughly

- Be team-oriented, adaptable, dependable, and have a strong work ethic

- Communicate effectively with guests and team members

- Work quickly and efficiently

- Follow food safety and cleanliness guidelines

- Maintain proper quality parameters

- Communicate effectively in English

- Be willing and able to work a flexible schedule

- Be available to work 25 hours a week over 2-3 days

- Lift and carry 10-65 lbs.

- Have a valid driver's license or reliable transportation

- Work on your feet for several hours at a time and lift heavy objects when necessary

Additional Responsibilities:

- Meet at the restaurant and drive to various locations in company vehicles to serve communities without Chick-fil-A restaurants
