RequirementsWe're seeking a dedicated and skilled Lathe Machinist. In this role, you'll set up and operate CNC machines for quick-turn prototypes and low/mid-volume production parts. Responsibilities:CNC Setup and Operation: Teach tools, load programs, and set/adjust work/tool offsets on Haas, Fanuc, and Okuma controls.Precision Work: Read prints and inspect parts for conformance to typically +/- .005 tolerance.Quality Assurance: Check parts using basic measuring tools such as calipers, micrometers, and depth gauges.Qualifications:Skills and Experience: Trade school and/or at least one year of experience in a manufacturing environment preferred.Technical Aptitude: Strong mechanical skills and attention to detail.Personal Attributes: Honest, dependable, self-starter, flexible, and detail-oriented. Enjoys fast-paced, rapidly changing environments.
