Job Title: Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) / Health Care Aide (HCA)

We are seeking an enthusiastic CNA/HCA to join our Resident Services Department at The Hampton and Ashley Inn. This role delivers exceptional hospitality and personal aide, providing individualized assistance programs to all residents.
Compensation

$21/hour, dependent on experience
About the Role

This position involves assisting residents with activities of daily living, including bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, eating, transferring, and mobility. You will engage residents in meaningful conversation, socialization, and activity while providing personal care assistance.
Responsibilities:

Assist residents with activities of daily living
Engage residents in meaningful conversation and socialization
Respond to resident needs and requests for care promptly
Keep the environment safe and clean for residents
Observe and uphold resident rights at all times
Report any changes in resident condition or unusual occurrences to a licensed nurse
Qualifications:

Current Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) or Current Health Care Aide (HCA) in Washington State
CPR/First Aid certificate and update as needed
Drug-free and willing to submit to drug screening upon hire and routinely
Pass a criminal background check upon hire and as required by state regulations
