Facility Maintenance Manager

Location: Clackamas, Oregon

Schedule: Monday-Friday 7:00 AM - 3:30 PM

Pay: $65,000.00 - $90,000.00 DOE

A growing manufacturer in the utility industry specializing in steel fabrication for 115KV to 500KV lattice towers, substations, and distribution components. We are passionate about delivering quality solutions from Canada to California and are seeking talented individuals to join our Clackamas, OR team.

Position Overview:
We are looking for an experienced Facility Maintenance Manager to oversee maintenance operations at our steel fabrication facility. The role includes managing equipment, systems, and building maintenance to ensure safety, efficiency, and minimal downtime.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and oversee preventative maintenance programs for facilities and equipment.
• Maintain and repair fabrication equipment, including welders, CNC machines, presses, and forklifts.
• Ensure compliance with OSHA safety standards and implement stormwater conservation practices.
• Manage vendor relationships, inventory, and budgets to optimize operations.

Qualifications:

• Minimum 3 years of facility or equipment maintenance experience (manufacturing preferred).
• High school diploma or equivalent; certifications (e.g., CFM, OSHA) strongly preferred.
• Strong knowledge of mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic systems.
• Excellent problem-solving, communication, and leadership skills.
