Position Summary:

You will play a crucial role in ensuring top-tier customer service for world-class abatement systems. Working in the Hillsboro Warehouse and Training Facility, you will intake orders, interface with customers, assist in fulfilling spare part orders, and support warehouse operations as needed.

This role requires strong computer skills, proficiency in office suite programs, and the ability to troubleshoot schematics or other sources of information to determine customer needs. While training will be provided, prior experience in these areas will be highly beneficial. Additionally, applicants should be comfortable in a small company environment where priorities may shift quickly throughout the day.

Key Responsibilities:

Primary Function:

• Provide customer service to internal and external customers.
• Intake orders from customers and convert them into sales orders.
• Create pick tickets for the warehouse to fulfill orders.
• Invoice customers and verify for discrepancies.
• Maintain records of receipts, shipping invoices, inventory, and purchase orders.
• Match inbound item receipts to corresponding purchase orders.
• Assist with warehouse stock inventory and reconciliations.
• Generate purchase orders for stock replenishment with internal and external vendors.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment.
• Be available for extended hours as needed.

Secondary Function:

• Maintain warehouse tools and equipment in a clean and orderly condition.
• Inspect incoming stock/materials for compliance with purchase orders and packing slips.
• Load and unload trucks and delivery vehicles.
• Operate delivery trucks, forklifts, and other warehouse tools and equipment.
• Prepare, pack, log, and wrap goods for shipping.
• Additional duties may be assigned within the scope of the job.

Required Qualifications:

• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Ability to interact professionally with diverse internal and external stakeholders.
• Attention to detail and adherence to procedural requirements.
• Commitment to workplace safety.
• Valid and appropriate Driver's License.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite or equivalent software.
• High School Diploma or GED.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience in a warehouse or supply chain role.
• Experience with order intake and/or inventory control software.
• Prior customer service or supplier interaction experience.
• Familiarity with warehousing, storage, and shipping methods.
• Troubleshooting experience, particularly with schematics or technical documentation.

Physical Requirements & Work Environment:

• Work in a high-activity environment with exposure to noise and variable temperatures.
• Lift up to 50 pounds.
• Walk for the majority of the shift, with the ability to stoop, bend, and pull.
• Use ladders as needed.
• Heavy use of keyboard and computer systems.
