WHAT IS EXPECTED OF ME IN THIS ROLE?

Below items encompass several anticipated responsibilities, though they are not limited to:

• Clean and maintain public areas according to hotel standards and procedures.
• Perform a variety of cleaning tasks, including dusting, vacuuming, mopping.
• Occasional responses to guest requests
• Follow safety protocols and use cleaning chemicals and equipment properly to ensure a safe and hygienic environment.
• Adhere to established procedures for handling lost and found items and guest belongings.
• Collaborate with other housekeeping team members and departments to ensure guest satisfaction and efficient operations.

  • Qualifications:
    
    • Previous experience in housekeeping or a similar role preferred.
    • Ability to lift and carry up to 30lbs of weight
    • Ability to push and pull a cart of up to 50lbs of weight
    • Full open availability, including weekends and holidays.
    • Attention to detail and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
    • Strong work ethic and reliability.
