24 Seven is partnering with a global sportswear client to help them find a Lead Product Line Manager for this hybrid position in Portland, OR. This is a 6 month contract with potential to extend, working 4 days a week onsite. While on contract, you'd be eligible for benefits including medical, dental, vision, sick pay, and more.

Ideal Candidate

will have at least 5 years of product line management experience preferably within the footwear and/or running category. Must also posses strong knowledge in color, graphics, materials and style trends.

WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR

This role focuses on the expression side of Footwear Creations, requiring strong knowledge of footwear, color, graphics, materials, and style trends. The ideal candidate understands market trends, consumer behavior, and analytics to create impactful products. They should also have a proven ability to influence internal and external partners.

WHAT YOU WILL WORK ON

The Lead Product Line Manager for our Footwear teams will be responsible for the color, graphics and materials of our Footwear and building a cohesive product line and model journeys.

This role supports the vision for Men's, Women's, and Kids' footwear, requiring a deep understanding of all runners to apply insights and drive growth. You'll collaborate across Design, Development, and Engineering, partnering closely with a PLM on new models. Leading by example, you'll work with category teams to achieve revenue growth, profitability, pricing margins, and productivity.

You will track progress against objectives, adjusting plans as needed to meet cost/margin targets and ensure successful product delivery. Accountable for financial results, you'll make key decisions with strong financial judgment. You'll also create and deliver impactful presentations for internal and external meetings.

As a key Running Product Management team member, you'll actively contribute during critical checkpoints and planning, coordinating and communicating the line or specific products to various audiences.

WHAT YOU BRING

• Bachelor's Degree or 2 additional years of experience in lieu of degree

• 5 years of product line management experience

• Strong connection to Running from both the Sport and Cultural lens

• Proven track record of displaying strong business acuity & strategic decision making

• Phenomenal product eye

• Strong style sensibility

• Trend foresight

• Strategic thinking, product line management and franchise management experience, with ability to drive solid X-functional plans.

• Effective verbal and written communication skills, including presentations
