Are you looking to build up your inventory skills and have at least six months longevity in your last position? If that sounds like you, this Inventory Control position could be a great opportunity for you!
This Inventory Control position supports a well-known grocery distribution center in NE Portland with thousands of stores across the country. You will assist the Inventory Control Supervisor to maintain inventory integrity throughout the distribution center and you will be auditing goods that ship directly to your neighborhood grocery stores.
It's a full-time, temp-to-hire role on the swing shift schedule. You'll be working in a team-oriented environment with many opportunities for overtime and for advancement within the company.

Inventory Control Responsibilities:
- Build and break down pallets to confirm the correct product is going to the correct store
- Assist in daily scheduled cycle inventories
- Daily check all mark-outs to verify correct inventory on hand
Inventory Control Requirements:
- Able to work in a cold storage environment
- Possess working knowledge of warehouse selecting and loading operations
- General clerical skills, including basic math
- Ability to follow verbal and written instructions
- Ability to sit, stand or walk for extended periods of time

Schedule:
- Wednesday-Saturday; 6:00am-4:30pm
- Must be able to train on the daily shift for approximately two to four weeks
- Must be available to work flexible or unusual hours as needed, including weekends
Pay: $20/Hour
