• Perform line set up, start up, operations, closing and changeover of equipment.
• Operate various machineries in the areas of set-up, troubleshooting and break down during operation.
• Ensure product quality is met throughout process.
• Performs checks and inspections to verify quality.
• Regularly make adjustments necessary to maximize production machine efficiency.
• Communicate all improvements to department lead and key departments
• Performs machine setups in accordance with applicable procedures and setup sheets.
• Accurately completes and maintains all production records.
• Adequate housekeeping at all times during shift.
• Review and ensure appropriate adherence with quality, safety policies and procedures.
• Perform other duties as directed by the lead/supervisor.

Shift start: 5:30AM
Shift length: 8 - 10 hours
Monday-Thursday

Qualifications

• Must pass drug screen (cannabis excluded)
• Must pass background check
• Can lift 30 lbs
• Must be at least 18+ years old

High School Diploma or equivalent.Minimum of 1-year manufacturing operator experience.Ability to manage multiple priorities, utilizing basic math skills and auditing paperwork.Ability to read, write, and speak English.Ability to stand for long periods of time; to work in confined areas, to lift up to 50 lbs. or more.Must be able to work overtime and weekendsFlexibility in schedule and can work different hours.
