This position requires a mix of shipping and receiving skills. Scheduling trucks for pickups, filling out packing slips, doing transactions in a computer system, etc. The best candidate will have an upbeat, positive attitude. Prior work experience in a warehouse needed and forklift preferred. Essential Duties. Maintaining inventory accuracy and organization. Understand principles of stock location and arrangement of materials. Pick and pack items for outbound. Using RF scanners. Using logistical systems for shipping/receiving Need to be comfortable lifting up to 50 lbs consistently. Folding boxes to be used for shipping. Packing and labeling items for shipping. Unload shipping containers of product inbound. Prepare containers to be shipped per customer requirements. Keep daily logs, inventory, and rotate stock. Prepare shipping documents.
