Job Title: Recruiter

Duration: 1-3 month contract

Location: Onsite in Portland, OR

Compensation: $26-$30 per hour

Hours: M-F, 8am-5pm


Job Description:

LHH Recruitment is seeking a dynamic and experienced Recruiter to join our client's team on a contract basis. This role is crucial in helping us find top talent for our housing and property management positions. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in recruiting for similar roles and will be able to hit the ground running.



Key Responsibilities:

  • Source, screen, and interview candidates for various housing and property management positions.
  • Develop and maintain a network of potential candidates through proactive market research and ongoing relationship management.
  • Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and provide guidance on recruitment strategies.
  • Manage the full recruitment cycle, from job posting to offer negotiation and onboarding.
  • Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.


Requirements:

  • 2+ years of experience in recruiting for housing, property management or similar roles.
  • High School Diploma or equivalent required.
  • Experience with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruitment software.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
