Job Details

We are seeking a trend-savvy and consumer-focused Lead Merchant with experience managing large, complex businesses in Retail Buying, Product Merchandising, Product Creation, or Marketplace Merchandising.

Key Responsibilities:

• Represent the voice of the Women's North America consumer, influencing Global Merchandising strategies.
• Lead seasonal meetings, curate assortments, and develop marketplace segmentation strategies.
• Partner with Planning on forecasting, pricing, and product opportunities.
• Manage merchandising tools, VLPs (Visual Line Plans), and product data systems.

Key Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
• 5+ years in Merchandising, Product Management, Buying, or related roles.
• Strong knowledge of Women's fashion, trends, and consumer behavior.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and leadership skills.
• Ability to manage multiple seasons and deadlines.
• Proficiency in Microsoft applications (Keynote, Word, Excel).
