About the Role

The Company is in search of a Field Human Resources Manager to join their dynamic team. The successful candidate will be a key partner in the Regional HR function, providing support for employee relations, conducting investigations, and ensuring compliance with all employment laws. This role is pivotal in the development and execution of HR initiatives that align with the organization's goals, fostering employee engagement, development, and retention. The Field HR Manager will also serve as the primary contact for employee relations issues, guide managers on performance management, and deliver training programs to enhance operational performance.
Applicants for the Field Human Resources Manager position at the company should ideally hold a Bachelor's degree in HR or a related field, with a preference for SHRM-CP or PHR certification. A minimum of 3-5 years' of HR experience is required, with a background in multi-site HR management being a plus. The role demands proficiency in HRIS, Workday, Navex, Microsoft, and other relevant software tools. The candidate must be prepared for frequent travel, approximately 60% of the time, to various store locations in the Midwest and Northeast.
