About the Role
The Company is seeking a Vice President of Compensation to lead a strategic transformation of compensation practices across its global employee population. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and overseeing the company's compensation strategy, ensuring it aligns with business objectives and supports talent management goals. This role requires a leader with a proven track record in compensation management, including the design, implementation, and administration of competitive programs that attract, retain, and motivate top talent. The VP will also be instrumental in driving the company's revenue growth aspirations and will be expected to provide thought leadership, and be an effective partner to the People Enablement leadership team.
Key responsibilities for the VP of Compensation include leading a high-performing team, conducting complex analyses, and preparing critical materials for executive audiences. The role demands a strategic and hands-on approach, with a focus on influencing, advising, and leading the design and implementation of compensation programs. The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree in a related field, a minimum of 15 years' experience in compensation management, and at least 5 years' in a leadership role. They should be adept at stakeholder collaboration, possess strong leadership and team management abilities, and have exceptional communication and interpersonal skills. A Certified Compensation Professional (CCP) designation is a plus, and the candidate should be comfortable leading in uncertain environments and be agile in adjusting to changing business needs.
